Longevity depends on the fragrance type, scent profile, skin chemistry, and weather. In general, Eau de Parfum lasts longer than Body Mist because of its higher concentration.
3. Are your fragrances for men or women?
Fusion is all about vibes, not labels. Our scents are gender-inclusive, so you can choose whatever matches your mood, style, and energy.

7. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders above 1000 EGP.
For orders below 1000 EGP, the shipping fee is 80 EGP.
8. How long does delivery take?
For orders without customization, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 days.
For orders with customization, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days.
9. Do you ship across Egypt?
Yes, we ship across Egypt.
10. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive confirmation through the contact details you provided at checkout.

11. Do you offer bottle customization?
Yes. We offer customization for our bottles.
12. What can be customized on the bottle?
You can add:
- a photo
- a name
- and text under the photo if desired
13. Can the photo be edited or animated?
Yes. We can make the photo look animated/stylized, or keep it in its original form, depending on your preference.
14. How do I tell you which customization style I want?
If you want the photo to stay as it is, or if you have any special customization request, please contact us through our social media pages or any available communication channel after placing your order.
15. Does customization affect delivery time?
Yes. Customized orders take longer to prepare, so delivery is usually 3 to 5 days instead of 1 to 2 days.
Returns & Support
16. Can I return or exchange a fragrance?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products are usually not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a problem with the order.
17. What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
